Balloon Artist, Face Painter, Stilt Walker
In 2003 I got my first job. I made animal balloons at a dancewear store in Grapevine Mills Mall. I had taught myself how to many many of the basic designs as a child, however while working at Dallas Dancewear I learned to make over 200 different animal designs including (but not limited to): Dog, cat, horse, hat, butterfly, flower, lizard, snake, dinosaur, airplane, sword, heart, parrot, elephant, giraffe, fish, penguin, duck, swan, heart-scepter, and so many more!
I excelled at this job and moved to primary clown in 3 months, and was primary trainer of new clowns within 6 months of hire.
Amusingly the purpose of getting this job was to purchase Powerizer Stilts, which I later used in the Red Dragon Costume.
In 2009, I traveled to Melbourne Australia, to train at the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA) to take A Taste of Circus: Contemporary Performance In Australia. Despite the fallacies within the course I focused on training how to unicycle, juggle, and German wheel basics. Sadly I do not own a unicycle and cannot offer that as part of a gig.
I am AVAILABLE FOR HIRE as a balloon artist, face painter or stilt walker (one job per event). I charge an hourly rate. Driving fees based on party location apply (IRS standard rate of $0.555). Inquire by phone or email for more details.
I look forward to making your event memorable!
